WOW Supply manufactures three core private-label product categories: wet wipes, diapers and absorbent pads. Wet wipes include baby, personal care, flushable, pet, household and professional hygiene wipes. Diapers include baby diapers, pull-up pants and adult incontinence products. Absorbent pads include baby changing pads, adult underpads, medical and nursing pads, and pet training pads. OEM/ODM customization is available for materials, specifications, performance and packaging.
What can be customized for WOW Supply OEM/ODM products?
WOW Supply can customize product materials, dimensions, performance, formulations and packaging for OEM/ODM projects. Wet wipes can be customized by substrate, GSM, sheet size, texture, formulation, fragrance, wipe count and pack format. Diapers and absorbent pads can be developed around material structure, size, absorbency, softness, breathability and packaging requirements. Specifications are selected according to intended use, target market, product positioning and target cost.
What materials are available for custom wet wipes?
WOW Supply provides multiple nonwoven material options for custom wet wipes, including 100% viscose, viscose/polyester blends, bamboo-derived fibers, cotton and dispersible wood-pulp/lyocell materials. GSM, texture, softness, strength and absorbency can be adjusted according to the intended application. Material selection is matched to product performance, user experience, sustainability requirements and target cost.
What is the MOQ for private-label wet wipes, diapers and absorbent pads?
MOQ depends on the product category, specification, packaging format and level of customization. For most custom soft-pack wet wipes, a typical MOQ is around 20,000 packs, while diapers and absorbent pads are evaluated according to their specific product and packaging requirements. For new brands, pilot launches or early-stage projects, WOW Supply can also evaluate more flexible starting quantities and development options based on the brand’s launch plan. Final MOQ is confirmed after reviewing the product specification, packaging requirements and expected order volume.
